BWK Construction served as the General Contractor for an occupied space renovation of the Mission Towers Apartments. 13 stacked apartments were renovated over a four month span. Four of the apartments were made ADA compliant. In all 13 of the units we installed new plumbing from the basement to the 8th floor. All the units were also all re-wired and new electric panels installed to meet current electric codes. Each unit had its own kitchen that received new HUD approved cabinets and each bathroom received new roll in tile showers.
