Melmark New England Mezzanine

BWK Construction was selected as the General Contractor for the construction of a new second floor mezzanine at Melmark New England. New beams were installed to span between existing steel columns to support the new concrete slab for the new second floor office space. A new staff break room was constructed surrounded by five new sound proof operable partitions. This project took six months to complete all while working adjacent to the occupied cafeteria of a special needs school.
