Charlie Spicer

Project Manager

With 30 years of experience in the construction industry on a wide variety of projects, and a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University (1983), Charlie has worked as an Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, owner’s rep, and even as a subcontractor, giving him an appreciation for all the various & important roles involved in a construction project.  He’s worked on some large improvement programs @ Manchester/Boston Regional Airport, on a multi-million dollar K-12 school improvement program, on a wide variety of commercial & residential projects, as well as on a multi-event sports arena.  Charlie’s attention to detail and his ability to plan/schedule help ensure success on his projects.

When he’s not building, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, and doing most anything outdoors but especially cycling (both on trails & the road), hiking, tennis, & golf.

Andrew Robinson

Project Manager

Drew has been with BWK for fourteen years, serving as a Project Manager and Director of Operations.

His prior experience includes project management and superintendent responsibilities in the residential and commercial sectors. The extensive hands-on experience that Drew developed in the building trades lends effective, practical insight to the management of projects. In his capacity as a Project Manager, Drew has effectively managed projects ranging from small historical renovations to ground-up multi-million dollar facilities.


Joshua Budd


Joshua Budd graduated from the Northeast Vocational School with the honor of a craftsmanship award in carpentry.  Upon graduation, Joshua attended Wentworth Institute of Technology where he studied construction management.  Joshua’s extensive construction background has given him knowledge in all aspects of the craft, from start to finish.  In addition to being a skilled carpenter, Joshua holds a certification in Lead Paint and an OSHA 10 certification.  When not on the job site, Josh can be found on the ski slopes on his winter days off.


Kyla Moulton

Business Manager

Kyla Moulton is BWK Construction’s business manager.  She supports all aspects of the company including accounting, project management, estimating, and marketing.  Kyla holds a B.A. from Boston College and enjoys directing the theatre program at Danvers High School.


Steve Keaney


Steve Keaney is a construction supervisor with an extensive construction background.  Steve has several licensures including construction supervisors, hoisting engineers, and commercial drivers.  He is also OSHA 10 certified and a certified home inspector.  Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maine Orono in International Affairs with a concentration in political science.  Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and two dogs.


Joseph Scarcella


Joseph Scarcella is a construction superintendent born in Cretone, Italy.  Joseph has completed a broad scope of projects in his 40 years in the construction industry.  While working for Zampell Construction, he had the pleasure of supervising a $21 million, 7-story project with underground parking.  Joseph holds the following licenses:  construction supervisor, hoisting engineer, and high and low velocity Ramset gun.  He is also OSHA 10 certified and Occupational Health & Lead Safety certified.  Joseph enjoys gardening and is known for growing the finest tomatoes around.


John Richards

Senior Estimator, LEED AP

John has been with BWK since its formation in 1996. John has spent his entire working career in construction. He is a seasoned carpenter and has 15 years experience as a site superintendent running most of BWK’s more prestigious projects. John has recently brought his experience and expertise to become a project manager. He is a 1985 graduate of Boston University where is majored in business and was a 4 year varsity football player. He holds a construction license and has a OSHA 30. John enjoys spending is free time with his family at their vacation home in Maine.


Bill Fallon


As President & Project Executive, Bill is responsible for estimating and the overall success of projects. Bill has over thirty five years experience in the construction industry. He worked in field and office management positions with Jackson Construction and Vappi Construction prior to the formation of BWK. Bill had the opportunity to guide some of the finer projects in the Boston area including The Royal Sonesta Hotel and additions to The Museum of Fine Arts. Bill received a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1981 and is a 1977 Malden Catholic graduate. Bill holds a mass supervisors license and an ABC city of Boston license.

A long time cyclist, much of Bill’s free time is spent on his bike. On summer weekends, Bill can usually be found on a boat either in Boston Harbor or on Lake Winnepesaukee. Above all, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and family.



William Fallon, Jr.

Vice President

William Fallon, Jr. has been on BWK’s job sites since the company’s beginning.  During Will’s 10 years in the field, he worked on all phases of construction.  Now, he brings the knowledge he acquired during that time to the estimating room.  Will studied construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He also manages and plays for the BWK mens softball team.

Mike DeVincent

Business Development Manager

Mike is responsible for client relations and strategic business development. His extensive industry knowledge and business contacts allows for the expansion of our client base and sector penetration.

Mike received a B.S. in Engineering from California State University-Fresno.
